The following is an overview of a typical workshop, the topics can be arranged to suit your needs:

• A general discussion on bow tuning, the use of software in shaft selection and setup and maintaining your equipment
• An overview on the B.E.S.T. system of archery and discussion on correct form, draw cycle, breathing, mental preparation for a major tournament and similar topics
• coaching workshops are mainly shooting not just a talk fest, it is actually hard work for the students as better shooting is what we are all looking for in a coaching workshop.
• the size of classes depends on the level of competency of the students but typically between 10 and 15 students per class
