Workshop Pricing

This workshop Pricing is an indication only and is based on my being in your area at the time

The workshops can be tailored to suit the archers wishes and level of competence, the following is a rough idea of how I conduct my Workshops all pricing is in Australian Dollars and is based on a minimum class size of 10 archers or AU$500 and a maximum of 15 archers.

All range fees to be the archers responsibility

• Equipment workshops 3 hours for AU$50 per Archer 10 to 15 archers per group

•  Tuning compound and Recurve bows, computer aided shaft selection and setup this will be in demonstration and discussion format with Q&A

•   general Bow and equipment care and repairs

• Out door and indoor workshops of 3.5 hours each with drink breaks for AU$50 per archer 10 to 15 archers per group, these will be hard work full on shooting for most of the workshop

•  These outdoor workshops will be for intermediate to advanced compound and recurve archers and will cover but not be limited to the following;

• Setup, form and conformation using a biomechanical approach to advance the archer to a higher performance level, based on the teachings of Kisik Lee

•  Working through the entire shot cycle to develop the transition from  linear to angular movement

•  Developing and maintaining back tension through the use of specific muscle groups

• Developing Zen breathing through the shot cycle

•  Drill work to correct shot cycle problems like target panic and form fault diagnostics and remedial program setting

• Developing a mental approach to winning
